In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating stunning 3D marketing assets for our Star Merge project. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure that our visual content aligns perfectly with our marketing strategy and captivates our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Establish clear pipelines for 3D Marketing Creative production and work on their optimization.
• Research market trends and best practices, and monitor competitor activities to keep our assets fresh and competitive.
• Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Work closely with the Сreative Director's feedback and help 3D team implement it into their work.
• Provide the 3D team with technical feedback on their assets and animation.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a 3D Artist with a strong portfolio containing casual artworks.
• Experience managing a team of artists.
• Knowledge of 3D software such as Maya, Blender, and ZBrush.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, animation principles, and stages of 3D production process
• Strong understanding of Mobile F2P games market trends and Marketing Creatives production pipelines
• Experience in developing and maintaining a consistent visual style within a set of creatives.
• Ability to create interesting and non-standard concepts.
• Proactive work approach with the ability to offer new solutions.
• Fluency in English.

Would be a plus:

• Experience as a 3D Marketing Artist.
