Account Manager (Web Development)

We are looking for Account Manager who will be responsible for managing our key accounts and leads. We will  train you on how to break down client requests into scoping documents. Effective and professional communication to the key stakeholders with the spirit of customer happiness is essential.

Responsibilities

• communicate with the new and existing customers (all our leads are warm);
• define project scope, timeframe and budget;
• measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• at least 1 year of proven track record in account management or sales within software development or telco industries;
• native level of English.

Will be an asset

• strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• problem solving and time management skills;
• understanding of software development proces;
• familiarity with sales or project management software tools.
