What You’ll Do:
As a Morning Shift Assistant on our After-Hours team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations during the night. You’ll troubleshoot issues, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and help maintain high service standards across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote assistance for time-sensitive issues and overnight support needs.
• Communicate effectively and professionally in English.
• Help resolve unexpected situations with confidence and clarity.
• Keep accurate records of interactions, actions, and resolutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and calm under pressure.
• Availability to work 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Moldova time).
