Founded in the heart of Cornova, Ungheni, KORNOVA WEINGUT KLINK combines tradition, innovation, and sustainability to create a new model of rural excellence.
Our company cultivates vineyards, orchards, and plum plantations, produces premium wines and natural juices, and operates tourism and recreation facilities, including the Da Vinci Ichel lake with rentals, and event venues.
Our mission is to build an integrated, eco-sustainable ecosystem that connects agriculture and hospitality — powered by excellence in leadership and measurable performance.

Mission:
Lead the company’s strategic vision and drive long-term growth, innovation, and profitability across all divisions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define and execute strategic plans in agriculture, production, and tourism.
• Oversee marketing, partnerships, and new business development.
• Lead the management team and ensure strong organizational culture.
• Deliver measurable performance in Revenue Growth, Profitability, and Return on Investment (ROI).

Key KPIs:

• Revenue Growth
• Gross & Net Profit Margin
• Return on Equity (ROE)
• Return on Investment (ROI)
• Employee Engagement & Turnover
• Net Promoter Score (Customer Loyalty)

Base Salary: MDL 50,000 – 70,000 / month
Annual Total: MDL 600,000 – 840,000

Performance Bonus:
Range: 20% – 40% of annual base salary (≈ MDL 120,000 – 330,000)

Structure:

• 40% based on Revenue Growth & Net Profit Margin
• 30% based on ROI & ROE
• 20% based on Team Engagement and NPS
• 10% discretionary (board performance review)

Equity Participation (optional):

• Equity Range: 2 – 5% in company shares
• Vesting: Over 3–5 years with performance milestones (e.g. +20% annual EBITDA growth or major expansion milestones)
• Exit/Buyback Clause: Company retains right of first buyback at market valuation in case of departure.
