Become a key strategic partner in supporting the commercial growth of our business. In this role, you will analyze company data to identify essential patterns, trends, and anomalies that enable smarter, faster, and more informed business decisions.
You’ll use your strengths in data analysis, data visualization, predictive modeling, and clear communication to transform complex information into simple, actionable insights about market dynamics and operational performance.
You will work closely with teams across all departments - both locally and globally - as well as with external clients. Together, you will deliver the best business solutions and drive impactful initiatives that contribute directly to the company’s long‑term success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and support key commercial strategies and initiatives that drive business growth.
- Contribute to defining the company’s short‑, medium‑, and long‑term commercial objectives and monitor progress toward them.
- Design and oversee initiatives aligned with company priorities, ensuring measurable impact.
- Consolidate cross‑department priorities into one unified operational plan, considering resources and expected returns.
- Analyze performance and efficiency indicators, providing clear, actionable insights to support decision‑making.
- Improve workflows and communication processes in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Create and deliver timely, accurate, and easy‑to‑understand reports that address the company’s priorities.
- Manage budgets through effective coordination, allocation, and ongoing monitoring to strengthen financial efficiency..
What We’re Looking For
- University degree in Economics or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Business Analysis (experience in the FMCG industry is a strong advantage).
- Solid understanding of FMCG sales and distribution processes.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or market research will be considered an advantage.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel (macros are a plus).
- Proficiency in Power BI, including the ability to build, interpret, and present dashboards.
- Fluency in Romanian and English (advanced English is considered an advantage).
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a client‑oriented mindset.
- Proactive, reliable, and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
