Driver Settlement Coordinator
We are looking for a Driver Settlement Coordinator (also known as Accounting Settlement Coordinator) to join our finance & operations team!

Monday to Friday — 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time)

- Prepare and verify weekly driver settlements
- Review and reconcile rate confirmations, PODs, lumper fees, advances, deductions
- Communicate with drivers and the Dispatch / Safety / Accounting teams
- Ensure accurate data entry in the TMS and internal CRM
- Request missing documents from brokers and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor fuel cards, tolls, reimbursements, and other driver expenses
- Make adjustments and finalize settlement reports
- Work with Excel, Google Sheets, TMS
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience in logistics, accounting, or finance is a strong advantage
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
