English Teacher for Teens

You’ll be working with bright, funny, curious learners aged 11 to 15 — helping them build real-life communication skills and express themselves with confidence in English.

Is This Role for You? You’re a great fit if you:
- Have a strong B2-C1 level of English;
- Have a C2 level- Romanian;
- Are flexible, and you're open to new teaching trends.
- Are a great communicator (especially non-verbal), in tune with Gen Z;
- Love using tech tools like Zoom, Wordwall, Kahoot, Canva, whiteboards, AI tools and more;
- Can teach 20-30 h per week, with ACTIVE teaching hours from 4 PM to 9 PM (MD time);
- A huge advantage if you have any courses or certifications on child psychology or TKT;
- A huge advantage - if you have at least 6 months of experience teaching teens or if you' have a super strong will to learn and become a fantastic educator.

What You’ll Do:
- Teach dynamic, gamified, and interactive English lessons for students aged 11–15 (max 8 students/group);
- Build meaningful connections with both teens and their parents;
- Use our standardized curriculum, while still making it feel alive, engaging and relevant;
- Foster a learning environment where teens feel safe to speak up, collaborate, and grow.
