Head of Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of digital‑first, multi‑channel marketing strategies and performance marketing.
• Oversee customer lifecycle initiatives, market research, brand positioning, acquisition, retention, and reputation management efforts.
• Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary marketing team, support organizational transformation, and ensure effective cross‑functional collaboration
• Ensure transparent budget planning, agency/vendor management, and alignment of all communication with external bodies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Moldovan market dynamics and financial products (retail, SME, cards, lending).
• Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms: Google Analytics, Google/Meta/LinkedIn Ads, marketing automation systems, etc.
• Strong analytical, KPI‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret data, optimize funnels, and support executive decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills in Romanian, Russian, and English, high integrity, creativity, resilience under short deadlines.
