Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, managing preboarding, onboarding, offboarding and other internal processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and legal documents in compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate invoices processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Support the development, communication, and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports on HR data on request.
  • Participating in other HR projects

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, Estonian/Moldovan labor laws, and payroll processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+).
  • Proactivity: A self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
  • Understanding the specifics of HR Management in a small company.
  • A passion for gaming industry.
