HR Specialist on the US market

TVA Logistics is expanding and we’re hiring an HR Specialist to support our US recruitment operations.

If you’re confident on the phone, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Requirements

• Advanced English level (C1)
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility and reliability
• Ability to perform well under pressure

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound recruitment calls with confidence
• Communicate clearly with candidates and guide them through the hiring process
• Pre-screen applicants based on role requirements
• Maintain accurate records and support onboarding activities

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
