Why We’re Hiring
Our Lead Product Manager is looking for a mid‑level partner to refine requirements, ship features, and drive adoption across our bespoke CRM/ERP platform as well as other internal and customer‑facing products.
You will divide your time between business analysis and hands‑on product management, with a clear path toward owning a product vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements & User Stories: conduct user interviews, prepare detailed specifications, and define clear acceptance criteria.
- Process Optimisation: map current workflows, identify gaps, and drive measurable improvements.
- Stakeholder Management: keep priorities aligned through regular syncs and transparent communication.
- Feature Implementation: create rollout plans, train 200+ internal users, and track adoption.
- Prioritisation & Agile Planning: groom the Jira backlog, coordinate sprints, and keep releases on schedule.
- UAT & Quality: design test scenarios, triage bugs, and ensure releases go live without critical issues.
- Executive Communication: deliver concise, persuasive updates on roadmaps and results.
- Product Analytics (nice to have): build simple SQL/BI dashboards for CAC, LTV, ARPPU, NPS, and productivity.
Must‑Have Skills
- Requirements & Stories: translate needs into testable user stories.
- Process Improvement: map and optimise workflows.
- Stakeholder & Communication: align teams and present ideas confidently.
- Agile/Scrum Delivery: hands‑on experience with Scrum ceremonies, Jira sprint coordination, and release management.
- Language proficiency: fluent Russian, English B1/B2; Romanian is a plus.
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Experience with Amadeus/GDS or CRM integrations.
- Hands‑on work in CRM/ERP development.
- Data literacy: basic SQL and BI skills.
- Familiarity with product analytics, A/B testing, and growth dashboards.
