Project Manager

We at Frank Technology are currently on the lookout for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. We would be happy to welcome in our team a person who has proven experience of leading projects assertively from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered within budget, timeline, and to the highest standards.

Frank Technology, a new Tunetanken branch in Moldova, is a company that develops, produces, and markets a large number of different products manufactured wholly or partly in fibre-reinforced composite materials. Job Description:

• Develop a project plan and track progress;
• Manage team resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects;
• Monitor project progress and track deliverables to ensure successful completion;
• Communicate the project status to stakeholders regularly;
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project;
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected;
• Make proposals to improve the working style in order to maximize the efficiency of achieving the proposed objectives;
• Engage in continual learning to remain abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging standards;
• Ensure adequate communication, discussions and feedback between different participants of the project;
• Ensure timely execution of activities;
• Organizes and coordinates the procurement of goods and services within the project.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Graduate of higher education.
• Experience in this field is an advantage;
• Digital skills.
• Ability to analyse, synthesize and solve problems;

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Driving license category B is an advantage;
