QA Analyst

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of QA Analyst to work with our International Partners.

what you will be doing:

• Review and analyze business and system requirements to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Participate in requirement review meetings to identify inconsistencies, gaps, or ambiguities.
• Define test scope, entry/exit criteria, and test schedules in alignment with project milestones.
• Execute manual functional, integration, and regression tests according to defined plans.
• Detect, log, analyze and retest software defects.
• Prepare and deliver test execution reports and defect summaries for each testing cycle.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by providing clear evidence and documentation.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and deployment teams to ensure test coverage across all telecom modules (e.g., CRM, Billing, Provisioning, Network Systems).
• Participate in Waterfall stage gate reviews (e.g., Requirement, Design, Testing, Deployment phases).
• Follow organizational QA standards and procedures.
• Contribute to test process improvements by documenting lessons learned and best practices.

what we are looking for:

• At least 2 year of experience in software testing
• Proven experience working in Waterfall project environments.
• Good understanding of telecom processes such as activation, provisioning, billing, and customer management.
• Familiarity with BSS systems and integration testing between telecom platforms.
• Knowledge of defect management tools (JIRA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Team-oriented with attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
• Ability to work independently within defined scope and timelines
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• ISTQB Certification - a Must
