We are looking for:
Sales Supervisor ($2,500+, Remote, Business Class Only)
Intro
We are a fast-growing online travel agency looking for a Team Leader to manage our remote teams.
Responsibilities
- Coach agents by listening to their calls and giving them instructions on how to sell better
- Enforce rules and guidelines, check everything your team does, be 100% in charge
- Manage performance, conduct 1-on-1s, answer questions, solve conflicts (training provided)
- Conduct weekly meetings where you teach the whole team
- Help find flight options in the GDS (training provided)
Work Conditions
- salary between $1,500 and $3,000+ depending on your performance
- possibility to go fully remote in the future
- paid vacation, 28 days per year

Desired Experience
- at least 12 months of experience as a travel consultant (sales)
Will be considered
- candidates with similar experience in sales (not travel), but you will start your onboarding as a sales agent for 1-3 months in order to learn the basics
- candidates with no sales experience, but you will start your onboarding as a sales agent for 1-6 months
