We’re looking for a results-driven, people-focused Commercial Team Leader to manage our acquisition team, drive performance, and shape commercial strategy.

Who You Are
- You have leadership experience (min. 6 months) and a passion for helping people grow.
- You’re people-oriented and know how to inspire, coach, and empower your team.
- You’re results-focused and motivated by impact and measurable outcomes.
- You’re hands-on, working side-by-side with your team every day.
- You communicate confidently in English (B2+), Italian or Spanish B1+ and thrive in a multicultural setting.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of 5–7 of prospectors.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure commercial objectives are met.
- Track KPIs, analyze results, and propose action plans.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate your team toward performance.
