Travel Agent (Night Shift) - up to $5000

Responsibilities:

• Build new customer relationships by taking inbound calls.
• Be the “go to” Travel Agent our customers need by providing expert travel recommendations.
• Engage in conversation with our customers while navigating multiple systems and resources.
• Accurately search and provide flight options in a timely manner.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals and maintain productivity standards executing sales strategies, and call prioritization.
• Be available by telephone, email, and instant message during work hours.
• Be engaged in team meetings and/or training sessions to build your knowledge base and awareness of company initiatives.

We need:

• Experience in the field
• Advanced level of English
• Night shift representative (9PM - 5AM)
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
• Resourcefulness, flexibility, self-accountability while facing difficulties
• Flexibility and the ability to work late hours
• Experience and knowledge of GDS (Sabre, Amadeus) and the travel industry terminology
