UI/UX Designer

Orange Systems is the IT hub of Orange Moldova. An IT park resident, with over 850 employees, that delivers advanced IT solutions, enhancing a wide range of activities and full cycle development, impacting millions of customers across Europe.

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of UI/ UX Designer to work with our International Partners.

what you will be doing:

• Specialist knowledge in one area or more, providing guidance and coordinating activities with others
• Manages medium sized projects
• Responsible for the design and storytelling
• Optimizing the website by creating visuals, prototypes, and A/B tests
• Suggesting improvements to enhance UX and UI
• Collaborating with team of visual designers, web developers, and product owners to work on strong visual and technical solutions
• Write well-structured and clear transfer documents and documentation for developers
• Establish a consistent design language and ensure that it is adhered to

what we are looking for:

• University Degree
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Extensive knowledge of UX/UI design (at least 5 years of experience)
• Experience in designing within a corporate identity
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud apps, Sketch, Invision (or similar tools)
• Initiative-driven, creative, proactive, and ambitious
• Curious and always up-to-date with the latest design trends
• Team player but can also work independently effectively
• Portfolio showcasing your UX/UI work clearly
