AI/ML Engineer

At Kapto, we are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about innovation, problem-solving, and growth. Your role will involve building and optimizing ML models and working closely with the engineering and ops teams to deploy and maintain models in production environments.

Responsibilities 

• Deploy, and maintain machine learning models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products
• Write clean, maintainable Python code for data processing and model training
• Automate model training and deployment workflows
• Monitor model performance and make improvements as necessary
• Assist with ops-related tasks, including testing, CI/CD pipelines, and model scalability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
• Base knowledge of AI/ML tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Strong Python programming skills
• Basic understanding of software engineering principles (e.g., version control, code reviews)
• Exposure to ops practices (e.g., containerization, CI/CD, deployment pipelines)
