Our ideal candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support team;
- English language proficiency at B2 level;
- Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
- High self-organisation, discipline and responsibility;
Job Description:
- Help passengers with airline ticket reservations (changes, cancellations). Incoming calls and chats;
- Advise customers on airline services;
- Handling issues related to flight cancellations and delays.
