Digital Content Coordinator

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Digital Content Coordinator to work with our International Partners.

The mission of this job is to facilitate smooth and efficient operations and implementation of all content updating of online portals

what you will be doing:

• Manage the Content Management System: maintain translations for keywords across the portals, create ad-hoc pop-up communications, and ensure timely updates for new features
• Support the translation process for newly implemented features and other portal updates
• Create user manuals, quick guides, and online “how-to” content to guide end users through the portal
• Design, maintain, and ensure the consistency of content wording across all portal sections
• Develop and manage a new “Wiki” section within the portal to centralize support information
• Create instructional videos using AI-based content creation tools (including scriptwriting), or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn these skills
• Validate and proofread all customer-facing content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proven experience of coordinating tasks with numerous work streams
• Must be fluent in English, other languages are a plus
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Knowledge of content management systems
• Familiarity with AI tools for creating instructional videos (including scriptwriting)
• Flexible, open and team-oriented person
