Customer Service Representative
TVA Logistics is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily communication and operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role requires strong English skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate information and follow internal procedures
- Support daily operational tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Work Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
