About the role
Business-Class is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team. We are searching for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our clients regarding their travel reservations and ensuring that their journeys are seamless from start to finish.

Description
As a Customer Service Agent in our call center, you will play a crucial role in handling post-sales requests and assisting clients with inquiries regarding their tickets. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and professional assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English (upper-intermediate +)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evening and night shifts as required.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
  • Personal integrity
Responsibilities
  • Process post-sales requests, including exchanges, refunds, and cancellations, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist clients with inquiries about their tickets, including flight details, booking modifications, and general travel-related questions.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding company policies, procedures, and services.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs and concerns.
Nice to have
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
  • Travel industry knowledge and GDS skills.
