Digital Marketing, Content Specialist & SMM

We are looking for a skilled and creative professional to join our team and manage the online presence of our brand across multiple channels.

Main Responsibilities:
- Create and edit written, visual, and video content for digital platforms
- Google and Meta Ads
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Design visuals using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Manage and grow social media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Set up and monitor advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns (e.g. Mailchimp)
- Publish and maintain blog articles and web pages (WordPress)
- Handle multiple social media accounts and email inboxes
- Work in coordination with a remote team (hybrid: office + remote)

Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Solid knowledge of current marketing tools and AI platforms
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Creativity, initiative, independence, and responsibility
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO and WordPress
- Fluent in Romanian or Russian; English proficiency is a plus

Nice to Have:
- Experience managing multiple brand accounts
- Ability to propose creative strategies and execute them independently
- Understanding of brand identity and visual consistency across channels
