Google Ads Specialist ($1000-$1500/month)

We are IG Team, a dynamic Chisinau-based company providing excellent dispatch and logistics services for the U.S. market. With 8+ years in the industry, 200+ team members, and a fleet of 400+ trucks, we are a stable and reliable company to join.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads and SEO to join our team. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about building measurable and high-performing marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to improve website visibility and rankings.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth.
• Perform keyword research and develop content strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
• Ensure technical website optimization to improve indexing and search performance.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing) for maximum ROI.
• Monitor website rankings, campaign performance, and generate reports with actionable insights for conversion improvement.
• Collaborate with development and content marketing teams to implement changes and improvements.
• Set up and track events using Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Google Ads management (2+ years background; Google Ads Certification is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and technical optimization.
• Analytical mindset with ability to measure campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Creativity in developing marketing campaigns and content strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Work Schedule:
 Monday–Friday, 15:00–00:00 (office-based position).

Salary:

• Starting salary: $1000/month
• After trial period (based on performance): $1500/month
