Position Summary:

As the Head of Sales for one of our Fintech products, you'll be responsible for leading our sales strategy and execution across multiple markets, with a primary focus on driving revenue growth through new client acquisition. This role demands a highly proactive, results-driven leader who excels at building and leading a high-performing sales team, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and implementing scalable outbound sales strategies.

BLOCK 1. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a high-impact outbound sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring seamless handovers to account managers post-acquisition.
  • Implement data-driven sales strategies, optimizing conversion rates and pipeline performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, partners, and key stakeholders to maximize long-term business opportunities
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to refine sales planning;
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a best-in-class sales team, fostering a high-performance, target-driven culture.
  • Set and monitor aggressive sales targets, ensuring accountability and measurable success.
  • Collaborate closely with Compliance and Product teams to ensure sales strategies align with regulatory requirements and product capabilities, driving seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Expand market presence by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
  • Drive sales automation and CRM optimization to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, fintech innovations, and regulatory changes to ensure a competitive edge.

BLOCK 2. Qualifications

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a B2B sales leadership role, ideally in fintech, banking or a fast-growing tech industry.
  • Sales Executive experience, including cold outreach, networking, and lead generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive sales performance and forecasting.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Hands-on, results-oriented, and proactive approach – thrives in fast-paced, target- driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of market expansion strategies and business development.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales function with a growth-driven mindset.
