Junior Account Manager

As a Junior Account Manager at Salt Edge, you will play a vital role in supporting and growing relationships with our strategic clients. You’ll act as a reliable point of contact, ensuring smooth communication, seamless collaboration, and ongoing value delivery. Working closely with sales, product, and tech teams, you’ll help clients successfully integrate and use Salt Edge’s open banking solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain regular communication with assigned clients, ensuring their needs and feedback are well understood and addressed.
  • Support onboarding activities by coordinating with internal teams to provide a smooth client experience.
  • Explain product features, updates, and best practices in a clear and client-friendly way.
  • Monitor account activity to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver account status updates, reports, and performance insights.
  • Assist with contract renewals and liaise with legal and compliance teams when required.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes (e.g., PSD2, GDPR) and industry trends relevant to client operations.

What you need:

  • Strong communication skills in English;
  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, or partnerships will be a plus;
  • Understanding of open banking, financial data services, or API-based ecosystems;
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills;
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
