Junior System Administrator

US Software Solutions is looking for a Junior System Administrator responsible for administering, configuring, troubleshooting, and operating our system and network.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and maintenance of company servers, workstations, and other network equipment;
• Monitor systems for any irregularities and performance issues, acting promptly to address any technical issues;
• Respond to IT tickets and troubleshooting requests from staff, assisting with hardware and software problems (maintaining Office 365 applications: SharePoint, Teams, and One-Drive);
• Help design and implement IT policies and procedures, including those for security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision;
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot operating systems, software, and any authorized desktop applications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or as a Network Administrator or other similar role;
• Experience with Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory;
• Management and operation of Windows application servers;
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office 365 environment;
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms;
• Working knowledge of firewalling, WAN or LAN environment;
• Proficient verbal and written Engilsh skills
