Marketing Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our local marketing team in key areas such as Performance Marketing, Content & Organic Marketing, Reputation Management, and Analytics.

The main objective of this role is to generate qualified leads to support our driver recruiting efforts. You will work closely with both the local team and stakeholders from our US-based headquarters, as well as collaborate directly with the recruiting team to optimize strategies based on lead quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, Indeed, Tenstreet) to drive qualified driver leads;
• Develop and manage content for social media, blogs, and videos to engage OTR flatbed drivers and boost brand visibility;
• Monitor and respond to online reviews and social media comments to maintain a positive brand reputation (Google, Glassdoor, Truckers Report);
• Track and analyze key performance metrics like Cost per Lead, conversion rates, and Cost per Hire to guide campaign strategy;
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with hiring needs and driver criteria;
• Prepare regular performance reports and use data insights to adjust marketing strategies for better results;

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally on the US market;
• Proven experience in performance marketing and managing high digital advertising budgets (over $40,000 per month);
• Strong understanding of Meta, Google, and TikTok algorithms (both organic and paid);
• Experience working with CRMs and collaborating with Sales teams;
• High proficiency in analytics and reporting tools;
