Middle++ / Senior SEO Specialist

About the Company:
We provide outsourced digital marketing services focused on the U.S. market.
For us, SEO is not just a traffic channel — it’s a strategic growth engine. We’re looking for a proactive specialist who can see the bigger picture, analyze data, and implement solutions that truly move the business forward.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and implementation of SEO strategies for the U.S. market;
• Perform on-site and technical SEO optimization;
• Research, cluster, and optimize semantic keywords;
• Conduct competitor and SERP analysis;
• Analyze ranking dynamics, traffic trends, and user behavior;
• In addition to SEO, contribute to AI Search development - focusing on GEO/AEO/AIO (optimization for voice search, AI Search, and local results);
• Work with a custom CMS system.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven SEO experience;
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
• Strong knowledge of Ahrefs, Semrush, SE Ranking, GA4, and other SEO tools;
• Deep understanding of Google algorithms and preferably U.S. market specifics;
• Ability to analyze large data sets, draw conclusions, and justify them with evidence;
• Familiarity with GEO, AEO, and AIO optimization principles and a drive to expand expertise in these areas;
• Systematic thinking, proactivity, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
