Quant Developer

We're on the lookout for a Quant Developer to help take our clients' trading automation to the next level. In this role, you’ll be creating and fine-tuning custom trading bots that play a key part in making their strategies work even better.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and develop quantitative models and algorithms for trading digital assets
• Build and maintain automated trading bots
• Backtest and evaluate strategies using large financial datasets
• Develop infrastructure for low-latency execution
• Collaborate with traders and fellow quants on strategy development and deployment
• Explore the use of machine learning techniques to enhance performance

What we’re looking for:

• MSc or PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Quant Developer or Quantitative Researcher, preferably in proprietary trading or HFT
• Strong programming skills in Python (experience with C++ is a plus)
• Experience building trading models (crypto or FX experience is a plus)
• Skilled in modeling, data analysis, and/or machine learning
• A self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Bonus points for:

• Experience in crypto markets, market microstructure, or arbitrage strategies
• Knowledge of portfolio management or risk modeling
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
• Publications or personal projects in quant trading or machine learning
