Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to identify their technical requirements.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Assist in designing solution architectures and preparing commercial proposals.
• Participate in organizing and conducting Proof of Concept (PoC) projects.
• Respond to technical inquiries from clients and the sales team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ year in an IT role (e.g., Network Administrator, Systems Engineer, Technical Support) or a recent graduate from a relevant technical university program.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (OSI model, TCP/IP, IP addressing, VLANs, routing, switching).
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts (Firewall, VPN, Access Control).
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS.

Skills & Attributes:

• A strong desire to learn and grow in the cybersecurity field.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Languages: Fluent in Russian and Romanian. English proficiency for reading technical documentation (B1 or higher).

Will be a plus:

• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+/Security+, CCNA or higher.
