Requirements:
- C1 level of French or higher!
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business sense and ability to reach personal and team goals
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Dedication to providing great customer service
What does role involve:
- Managing and growing customer relationships
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products or services, presenting and recommending company services
- Holding telephone negotiations
- Maintain a database of customer calls, their needs and requirements
- Prepare research and survey reports for top management
- Implement best practices in sales programs
- *Would be a plus an experience on similar position*
