Mission:
Ensure operational excellence and efficiency across production, logistics, and customer satisfaction areas.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations in winemaking, logistics, and tourism.
• Improve workflow efficiency and equipment utilization.
• Lead staff productivity and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Achieve outstanding results in Operational Efficiency, Project Management, and Order Fulfillment.

• Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)

Base Salary: MDL 35,000 – 50,000 / month
Annual Total: MDL 420,000 – 600,000

Performance Bonus:
Range: 10% – 25% of annual base salary (≈ MDL 42,000 – 150,000)

Structure:

• 40% based on Operational Efficiency & OEE
• 30% based on Project Efficiency & Cost Control
• 20% based on Quality Index & Time-to-Market
• 10% discretionary

Equity Participation:

• Equity Range: 0.5 – 1.5%
• Vesting: Over 4 years, tied to operational performance metrics such as capacity utilization and production cost reduction.
